NEW VEHICLE – NATIONAL WARRANTY

At Prestige Golf Carts Inc, we stand behind the quality of our products. This limited warranty applies to new vehicle conversions and covers equipment furnished by Prestige Golf Carts Inc (hereafter “the Company”) that is installed in or on a shuttle or passenger vehicle. Manufacturer-specific warranties for components are provided by the respective manufacturers, not by the Company.

Component Warranty Coverage

• Eagle Chargers: 3-Year Limited Warranty

• Curtis Instruments Controllers: 2-Year Limited Warranty

• Lead Acid Batteries: 18-Month Limited Warranty

• Lithium Batteries: 4-Year Limited Warranty

Full warranty documents for these components are available upon request.

General Coverage

The Company warrants to the original purchaser that any defects in materials or workmanship (excluding items listed under “What’s Not Covered”) occurring within the warranty period from the delivery date will be corrected as outlined below:

• For the first 12 months, replacement parts will be provided at no charge unless superseded by a manufacturer’s warranty.

• Frame and structure welds are warranted for 2 years.

• Paint finish and rust are not covered.

How Warranty Claims Are Handled

Warranty replacement parts will only be issued:

• After the original purchaser notifies Prestige Golf Carts Inc of the defect.

• Once the Company confirms, through inspection or investigation, that the issue resulted from improper materials or workmanship.

What’s Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover the following:

• Transportation or shipping costs to or from an authorized repair facility.

• Damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or operation beyond rated capacities.

• Damage due to lack of proper maintenance.

• Equipment provided by the buyer for installation by the Company.

• Failures resulting from unauthorized modifications or installations.

• Normal wear and tear (batteries, tires, belts, bulbs, etc.).

• Corrosion on battery terminals.

• Electrical damage from driving through deep water.

• Defects in optional accessories (e.g., radios, video equipment, HVAC systems) – these are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.

• Lost revenue or income during repair time.

• Rental or replacement vehicle charges.

• Replacement parts not returned to Prestige Golf Carts Inc at the owner’s expense.
