This shipping is completely free for all orders. Delivery can take up to 8 days to arrive. This mode is suitable for customers who are not in a rush to receive their items. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment.
To be the best, you have to do things differently. Unlike most competitors who offer free shipping only on orders over a certain amount, we offer free shipping on every order — big or small. We understand your money is important, and we work hard to keep as much of it in your pocket as possible.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this email as proof of purchase.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Weekend deliveries occur only if a Shipping Service contacts you to make arrangements (not handled by Prestige Custom Golf Carts Inc).
When your order ships, we will notify you via email including a tracking number. We encourage you to track your package online or by phone with the carrier. Contact us if anything seems unusual with your shipment.
Enclosed Trailer Shipping protects your golf cart from road debris during transit.
Note: Customers within 100-200 miles of our location may receive open trailer shipping.

Constant updates on your product’s current location during shipment.
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged, contact our customer service team promptly and keep the item until instructed otherwise. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage.
If you receive an incorrect item, do not open it. The incorrect item must be returned in its original packaging at our cost.

Do you ship outside the continental United States?
Due to shipping costs for large products, we currently do not ship outside the 48 contiguous United States.
How will my order be delivered?
Regular shipping is curb-side delivery. Customers are responsible for unloading the shipment from the truck. The shipper will call to set up a delivery appointment. We recommend having someone assist with unloading.
When will my order arrive?
Each product has an estimated lead time — the number of business days to process and prepare the shipment. We ship from warehouses across the country, so lead times vary by product and location. Some items ship same day or within 24 hours; others may take longer (up to 5 days).
